Pamela Chester
An independent appraiser dedicated to performing impartial valuation services for over four decades.
Pam earned her Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) title from the Gemological Institute of American (GIA) in residence (New York office) in 1975. Her first ten years in the jewelry industry was spent in retail sector. Here she shared her knowledge of gems and diamonds. During this time, she sharpened her appraisals skills under a Certified Jewelry Appraiser. In 1989, she became a Senior member of the National Association of Jewelry (NAJA) and opened her independent practice, Gem Graders. Pam’s high credentials, experience, and expertise are unmatched in the Northeast Ohio Area. She is recognized as an authoritative expert in the field of gem and jewelry appraising by high-profile clientele in government as well as the private and retail sector. Her clients have included FBI, IRS, attorneys, insurance agents, auction houses, museums, and jewelry stores.
